What is the INTERLINE limousine and coach service?
The INTERLINE Limousine - and Motorcoach-Service is specialized in upscale, professional passenger transportation. You can book business and luxury limousines with chauffeur as well as coaches with driver, in which groups of different sizes can reach their destination comfortably. Our services are booked, for example, for business appointments, company gatherings, trade fairs or events, but also for private occasions.
What distinguishes INTERLINE from brokerage portals?
INTERLINE is not an intermediary, such as for example Blacklane, Uber or My Driver. We have our own fleet of vehicles and our chauffeurs are permanently employed, well trained and bound by confidentiality agreements. This enables us to ensure maximum reliability, a high level of safety and the utmost discretion.
How can I book a vehicle with INTERLINE ?
If you would like to book a bus or limousine with driver from us, you can either call us on 0211-210 205 or use our quick enquiry form.
When and how do I get my chauffeur’s contact details?
You will usually receive the name and mobile number of your chauffeur the day before the start of your journey. They will be sent to the e-mail address provided when booking.
How can I pay for a ride with INTERLINE ?
We accept cashless payments, such as bank transfer or credit card. Our drivers do not accept cash.
Are child seats available in the vehicles?
Yes. We provide child seats for different age groups in our vehicles on request. Please let us know, at the time of booking how many children of what age are traveling with you, then the required seats will be installed for you before the journey.
Can private customers also book the INTERLINE service?
Yes. The INTERLINE limousine and coach service is aimed at both corporate and private customers. It is particularly popular for private celebrations such as weddings, for sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
Is the INTERLINE service also available throughout Germany and internationally?
Yes. INTERLINE has locations in many major German cities - Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne and Munich. Cross-border and international trips are also possible. Thanks to our partnership with Carey International in Washington DC, we are there for you around the globe.
Can I make intermediate stops/ detours on my journey?
This depends on whether you have reserved a transfer (long-distance transfer, airport transfer, etc.) or made an hourly booking. In case of transfers your chauffeur always drives you directly from the pick-up location to your destination. If you book by the hour, you can also schedule intermediate stops as required. Your driver is there for you for the entire duration of the booking and takes you wherever you want to go.
How can I change a booking?
Our customer service will help you with unexpected changes to your plans. You can contact us by telephone or e-mail. If, for example, the departure time, the route or the number of passengers changes, we will do everything we can to find a flexible solution for you, provided this can still be realized before the planned departure.
What do I do if I have to cancel a booking?
Even if you cancel your trip completely, our customer service is the right contact. The cancellation conditions are based on our GTC. The earlier you inform us, the lower the cancellation fees will be or they will be waived completely if you inform us in good time.
As a general rule, coach bookings and multi-day services must be canceled earlier than limousine trips or one-day services. Special regulations also apply to trade fairs and major events with multiple vehicle bookings and for trips abroad.
Where do I meet my chauffeur at the airport?
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the gate after landing. If you are traveling on a scheduled flight, you can also book a VIP service through us. We will then pick you up directly in the VIP lounge. If you are traveling with Private Aircraft Charter, we can often also organize a taxiway pick-up.
What happens if a flight is delayed?
By using your flight number, we can track your actual time of arrival (ATA), which often differs from the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) planned before the flight. In the event of flight delays or an earlier landing, your driver will adjust the pick-up time to the ATA, He will therefore drive to the airport later or earlier if possible.
You will only be charged additional costs from the 31st minute that your chauffeur has to wait for you after you have actually landed.
In the case of extreme delays and if your chauffeur cannot wait for you, Interline Customer Service will contact you to find a solution.
