2026 is going to be a super trade fair year for Düsseldorf. In addition to annual events like boot, Caravansalon, and Medica, four leading trade fairs that only take place every couple of years will open their doors in the state capital next year: Euroshop will kick things off in February. May sees the start of Interpack, a real heavyweight.
Euroshop is the international trade fair for shopfitting, shop equipment, store design, and much more. In 2023 exhibitors from 54 countries gathered here. The next event will take place from February 22 to 26 next year.
Tube and Wire will follow from April 13 to 17. Tube is considered the world's most important trade fair for the tube and tube processing industry. Wire is the international trade fair for wire and cable. Together, they attracted 2,700 exhibitors two years ago and covered 16 halls at Messe Düsseldorf.
From May 7, the state capital will be hosting the major trade fair Interpack for a whole week. The international trade fair for packaging machines and packaging materials takes place every three years and is the largest and most successful of its kind worldwide. It covers all halls of the Düsseldorf exhibition center. At the last Interpack, there were over 2,800 exhibitors and more than 142,000 visitors.
And things will also be busy at Messe Düsseldorf in the fall: Glasstec, the world's largest and most international trade fair for the glass industry and its suppliers, will start on October 20. It attracted 1,257 exhibitors in 2024.
