On September 20th 2022, in the International Year of Glass, the industry will celebrate a reunion with glasstec in Düsseldorf after four years. Registration numbers for the world's largest show for glass manufacturing and processing are at a comparable level to 2018, before the Corona pandemic.
The program includes topics such as glass manufacturing/ production technology, glass processing and finishing, and glass products and applications. In addition, there will be numerous side events.
The show is dedicated in particular to five global trend topics:
- Climate
- urbanization
- value
- resources
- and wellbeing .
The special show "Next in Glass - glass technology" will provide an outlook on glass applications of the future. The innovation-show is regarded as a source of inspiration for the international glass industry.
The popular glasstec conference has a new think tank concept this year and bundles industry know-how from theory and practice. Visitors can find out about the latest developments and trends in daily sessions.
